Q: When will the Installers arrive? A: While you have scheduled an appointment time, this is only an approximate. Due to the nature of our business we can only commit to being within 2 hours of the appointment time. Our installers will make an effort to contact you at the phone numbers provided when they are on their way to your home.
Q: What will be done at the appointment? A: We will first measure your current level of attic insulation to verify if you qualify for any rebate programs. We will also measure for in other areas of your home that may qualify for rebates. Once this is verified we will install the insulation, attics generally take 30 minutes, other areas vary by job.
Q: What areas will be insulated? A: If possible, we insulate qualifying Attics, Basement Air Ducts and Basement Walls. Although many other areas are not completely covered by the rebates we also can insulate Basement Ceilings, Crawlspaces and Garages if requested.
Q: What if I have too much insulation to qualify? A: Various rebate programs have restrictions that must be followed closely. If you currently have adequate insulation, you may not qualify for a rebate program. We read the rules, do the analysis, and will inform you of your available options. Even if your local utility company does not participate in any program, there may be a Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credits or other programs available. We’ll do the homework and we’ll make sure you get everything that is available in your area.
